In analyzing a mare for a potential breeding, I like to look at what I consider to be the strengths and weaknesses in the mare's family and come up with a plan to magnify her strengths and balance out the weaknesses. The individuals I like here are Northern Dancer and Blushing Groom, so I would like to find a stallion that will give these influences back to the potential foal. Blushing Groom should work well with this female as the mare has a half-sister by Nasrullah line stud, and this is also the female family of champion Foolish Pleasure, another Nasrullah line horse.

The best runner to date for Arunforyourmoney is the Graeme Hall mare Wishing Wishes. She is stakes placed at Aqueduct at 4 and has run a Thorograph 4, which is a stakes winning figure for a mare. Graeme Hall and Clever Trick (sire of another stakes quality half sister) are both Nearctic line horses as is Northern Dancer.

Runaway Groom mares have a strong affinity for Northern Dancer line studs, particularly through the Sadler's Wells and his son El Prado. I would breed this mare to a Sadler's Wells horse like Horse Chestnut, Artie Schiller or Powerscourt. Out a Rainbow Quest mare, Powerscourt brings the Northern Dancer/Blushing Groom cross I am looking for.

Pedigree Expert Rob Keck from Crestwood Farm, has another, completely different on mating this mare. He likes an Unbridled line horse with some Intentionally close up to reinforce the In Reality in Arunforyourmoney's pedigree. In fact, her best runner, Wishing Wishes, is also inbred to In Reality.
